Richard Wayne Bridgeforth appeals his convictions for nine counts of fraudulent schemes and artifices, nine counts of theft, one count of attempted theft, one count of failure to return rental property, the courts imposition of aggravated concurrent terms on each count and the courts order of restitution in the amount of $6,150. Bridgeforth committed the present offenses while serving a sentence at Fort Grant. The trial court awarded presentence incarceration credit for the entire period from the time of arrest, April 4, 1985, to the date of sentencing, December 4, 1985.
