Appellant claims she sustained a hernia caused by an accident which occurred on July 7, 1959, and which she asserts arose out of and in the course of her employment. It is admitted that on July 7, 1959, defendant Mid-Continent Manufacturing Company was an employer, operating under the Missouri Workmens Compensation Law, that its liability was fully insured by the Western Casualty and Surety Company, that claimant was an employee and filed a timely claim for benefits.
