1 Nickie C. Brewington has appealed from a judgment convicting him of escape in violation of WIS. STAT.§ 946.42(3)(a) (1999-2000). The sole issue on appeal is whether Brewington was denied his constitutional right to a speedy trial. Because we conclude that Brewingtons speedy trial right was not violated, we affirm the judgment.
